will also provide a live stage for performances from top-flight artists such as King’s X and Animals as Leaders, among others. Artist autograph sessions will include Cliff Williams (AC/DC), Geezer Butler (Black Sabbath), Tony Levin (King Crimson), Dug Pinnick (King’s X) and more. Bass icon Stanley Clarke will also be appearing in his first official event since signing on with Ampeg.
KLAUS HEFFLER (SCOTT CAO VIOLINS): HALL D 3324 Klaus Heffler violins has just completed something of an overhaul of its product range.
The student violins target musicians taking their first steps in musical development, offering the advantage of easy playability and are constructed of long-seasoned tonewood. All the student instruments have a fine-grained table made of Norway spruce.

Back and sides are constructed from
best-quality, lightly-curled maple which, in combination with top-class hand varnishing, rounds off a classical image based on the styles of Stradivarius or Guarnerius. The instruments are also equipped with an ebony trim carefully selected by the violin makers. Heffler also makes the Master series of
professional orchestral strings, made from tonewood seasoned for at least ten years, selected by hand, and fashioned with the precision that only a master craftsman is capable of. The final stage of antique hand varnishing then produces a genuine individual master’s musical instrument. Particularly highly esteemed, the company says, is the Stradivarius model, which comes equipped with individual fittings and is made ready to play by means of a high-quality set up.
