LAUNCHED A HOT FOOD OFFERING FOR THE FIRST TIME TO DISCERNING DINERS LOOKING FOR A DISH TO ACCOMPANY THEIR COCKTAILS AND WINE.


Leading the trend in healthy, tasty food, Cloud 23 now serves a selection of authentic steamed Chinese dim sum for Manchester’s cosmopolitan crowd. After a tasty serving of asparagus and beef Dim Sum, WorkLife joined Cloud 23’s Manager, Cameron Frost, as he invited us to experience their Top 3 Cocktails. So whether it’s over breathtaking views of Deansgate, or the more industrial views of Denton, have a go at making your own Ena Sparkles!


VERTIGO


• Add Bombay Sapphire 50ml • Add lychee liqueur 15ml • Add pomegranate juice 50ml • Fresh lychee purée 50ml • Add dash lime • Shake and served long (in tall glass) over ice


• Garnished with an edible flower and serve


MARKED MAN NO. 7


• Add 75ml infused Monkey Shoulder with dried figs (infused for 24hrs to capture fig flavour)


• Add dash maple syrup • Add dash Old Fashioned Bitters • Stir down ingredients and strain over ice into a Rocks Glass (whiskey glass)


• Garnish with the skin of fresh pink grapefruit and serve


ENA SPARKLES


This Champagne cocktail has won Voters’ Choice Cocktail of the Year 2008, 2009 & 2010 • Muddle a wedge of lime, orange, lemon and pineapple into a Boston Cocktail (bash to release the flavour)


• Add a dash of sugar • Add 15ml of Giffards Cherry Liqueur and shake


• Add 100ml Champagne • Strain into Champagne glass • Garnish with orange peel and serve
