response from our new customers in Selby across all formats, with some amazing comments about our shop.

Which Q3 title are you most looking forward to? From a commercial point of view, I am looking forward to Halo: Reachas it will be a good seller for us. Personally, I’m looking forward to the usual suspects in Q4 – particularly FIFA 11and Call of Duty.

What makes your store unique? Being one of the first Grainger Games in Yorkshire is a real honour. It means the good people of Selby are some of the first to benefit from our honest customer service and great prices.
What are the biggest challenges facing your store? Being part of a company that is expanding as quickly as Grainger Games, the biggest challenge to us is brand recognition. Customers in the North East already know how amazing we are and it is up to
me and my team to spread the word in Yorkshire.
How has the market been for you so far this year? Big titles have still performed well for us when released, but the impulse purchase market has slowed down a little. I’m sure that will change soon and in a
tough economy the challenge is to drive value. Money is tight for everyone and I feel value is really important at the moment, and that is what you get at Grainger Games.
