new mooring buoys out in the bay. You can stay up to four hours free of charge if there’s room at the dock. Moorage includes full access to all resort amenities. During the busy summer months, those wanting moorage can make a reservation online, phone (below) or contact Terry Jones, Harbormaster, on VHF 78A. The Cascade Bay Grill and dockside store is at the head of the marina for casual fare.


Plans for expanding the marina to


over 150 slips are being considered but nothing has been decided yet. While expansion is needed, it is reassuring that the Bartos are respectful of Robert Moran’s original vision of Rosario as a place for “time spent with family, a respect for nature and a return to quality and hand craftsmanship.”
