Take a walk through Uhuru Park in the heart of the city then wander past the parliament buildings to the mausoleum of the first president of Kenya, Mzee Jomo Kenyatta. See the Kenyatta Conference Centre and the August 7th memorial park which was built to commemorate the bombing of the US Embassy. There is also time to visit the Kenya National Archives and various other sites within the city centre. Chiang Mai Mind & Soul

Rise early morning for a typical northern Thai breakfast, join locals to offer food to monks in a tradition that has been at the heart of Thai life for centuries and gain an insight into Buddhism and Dharma at Wat U-Mong.

After an early wake-up call, jump in a Songthaew, (an iconic public bus), and take a scenic drive along Suthep Road. On the way, stop by Kad Ton Payom, a flea market well known for its northern Thai cuisine. Afterwards, offer alms to monks to ‘make merit’ and enjoy a traditional style breakfast. The next stop is Wat U-Mong a 600 year-old temple famed for its large painted pagoda and underground tunnel. Soak up the peaceful atmosphere and perhaps take the opportunity to talk with the abbot about Buddhism and Dharma. Visit Wat Suan Dok and mingle with monks to learn about their way of life. Take some time out to learn basic meditation. Finish the adventure making an offering to the Sangkha.
