I’m tired of trying to second guess the weather. If the sun is shining, then I know it is. But that can always change and usually does. I’m glad I’m not a forecaster, I’d probably always be wrong. If I’m confused, what about plants? At least we can turn on the news & have a fair idea of what to expect. But that’s what makes life interesting - the uncertainty of things.
Starting this month, we will give a ticket to everyone (member or not) who buys a dinner on Wednesday night. At the end of the evening we’ll pull one ticket. That person will win a free Friday Night Dinner or Sunday Breakfast for the following Friday or Sunday only. If your name is picked, it will be like getting two meals for the price of one. Can’t beat that anywhere else. All members of the community are invited to our meals. Just to let you know, the county gave our kitchen an “A” rating. Remember that when you’re trying to decide where to eat. Days & hours of operation are: Wednesday & Friday, 5:00 - 7:00, Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. If you’re interested in helping in the kitchen, please call me at 763-4560.
