Dickies created its Women’s Tactical Line based on input from end users to provide ap- parel designed to fi t the female body, rather than simply off ering smaller sizes for women. “Working with female offi cers whose biggest complaint is how poorly their current tactical apparel fi ts, the Dickies design team analyzed the female body and engineered these tactical pieces to truly fi t women,” Kohout stated. “We found that women feel more confi dent on the job when wearing a more feminine fi t.” T e Women’s Tactical Pant and Tacti- cal Polo have the same features as the men’s, but are fashioned with a more tapered cut for female offi cers. T e Tactical Pant is a relaxed fi t that provides maximum comfort while re- taining a feminine profi le. It is available in four colors with a size range of 4 to 16 and 18W to 24W.
