Military OneSource (MOS) is a centralized assistance program that supports active duty servicemembers, guardmembers, and reservists and their families with information, nonmedical counseling, consulta- tions, online resources, educational materials, and many other services. Based on the current life stage of your military family, MOS pro-


vides you and your family the following 10 specialty consultation services at no cost.

Nonmedical Counseling: Provides con- fidential, short-term counseling on issues such as marital problems, par- enting, grief, or loss.


Health and Wellness Coaching: Helps military families focus on weight management, fitness and nutrition, stress management, and life transitions.


Spouse Relocation and Transition As- sistance: Supports military spouses who are navigating moving and transi- tion-related challenges.


Wounded Warrior Consultation: As- sists wounded warriors and their families with issues related to health care, health facilities, and benefits.


Tax Preparation Services: Helps with filing state and federal tax returns as well as personalized tax counseling as- sistance for your military family.


Language Transition Services: Fa- cilitates interpretation services in more than 161 languages.


Spouse Career and Education Coun- seling: Provides education and career guidance to military spouses worldwide and offers comprehensive resources


and tools for all stages of career progression.


Financial Counseling: Allocates in- formation on topics such as money management, budgeting, debt con- solidation, and management.


Elder Care Consultation: Assists mili- tary families with the challenges of caring for aging loved ones or seniors, especially as it relates to military ob-


ligations. MOS also can assist with research and referral services pertaining to in-home care, transportation, insurance, living facilities, the aid and attendance benefit, and Medicaid waiver programs.


Adoption Consultations: Pro- vides guidance with research, the beginning of the adoption process, locating financial assis- tance, and identifying agencies that can help you with your specific adoption needs.
