TABERNACLE DEAF BIBLE FELLOWSHIP T

HE Lord continues to bless deaf people through the ministry of the

Tabernacle’s Deaf Bible Fellowship. The deaf attendance on Sundays regularly reaches over thirty, with numbers swelling on occasions. During 2015-16 a number of deaf brothers and sisters came to know the Lord, some from Muslim backgrounds, and passed through the waters of baptism; the church currently has eleven deaf people in active membership, serving the Lord in regular Gospel work. A team of interpreters and live-typing captioners work with them, all public services being interpreted into British Sign Language (BSL). The Tabernacle Sunday School runs a department for deaf children. The deaf video ministry continues to fl our- ish. All signed services are videoed and uploaded to the internet.
