Bobcat expands telehandler range Expanding its range of 'R-Series' machinery, Bobcat announces the launch of 12 new telehandlers.
Each of the new machines is powered by a Stage V engine, with lifting heights ranging from
6 to 18m and lifting capacities between 2.6 and 4.1tonnes. As with the recently unveiled R-Series loaders, the new range is is the latest iteration of Bobcat's ‘Next is Now’ programme, which combines innovative product development with user friendly technologies and services. The new telehandler range comprises the following categories and model numbers: Compact telescopic loaders - TL26.60, TL30.60 and TL30.70 Middle range telehandlers - TL35.70, T35.105, T35.105L and T36.120SL High lift telehandlers - T35.130S, T35.130SLP, T35.140S, T41.140SLP and
T40.180SLP All machines feature a newly configured transmission system providing
enhanced smoothness to carry out tricky jobs at height with surgical precision. Further in the pursuit of accuracy, a Boom Positioning System, an ultra-accurate joystick, an inching function and improved visibility from within the cab. Meanwhile, a better engine brake provides a shorter stopping distance, improving site safety, and ‘turtle/rabbit’ speeds are standard on all models. Under the hood, the R-Series telehandlers are powered by an
upgraded version of Bobcat's D34 Stage V engine utilising DPF after-treatment, which is automatically regenerated with no impact on performance and no disturbance for operators. The lack of AdBlue in the 75 HP engine and the absence of EGR in the 100 HP engine provides further advantages.
