Atlas Copco Power Technique says it prides itself on developing products that offer ‘sustainable productivity’, and believes this can be seen in the new addition to its 8 Series of portable compressors, namely the E-Air.

Dustcontrol’s LPG option
Hepa 13 standard filtration is standard on all Dustcontrol’s mobile extraction machines, its latest product being the propane-driven DC Storm LPG. Lasting up to eight hours before refuelling, the machine's 21hp motor has the capacity to manage dust extraction in conjunction with work involving large-scale concrete construction and brickwork projects, says the company. Another model available is
the DC Tromb, which is designed to handle all types of fine dust and materials created during the course of construction tasks involving heavy-duty techniques, such as cutting concrete, sanding, grinding and drilling floors and walls.

Stihl will showcase its latest high performance professional lawn mowers. The RM 756 GC has a solid mono handlebar to facilitate emptying the 80-litre grass box, along with a 3-speed gearbox and a brake blade clutch mechanism. With a stainless steel driven metal roller, the RM 655 RS is designed for easy access to, and maintenance of, working parts such as drive cables, pulleys and the drive belt. The RM 4 RTP is a single-speed mulching mower designed for professionals. Visitors will also be able to see Stihl’s Lithium-ion PRO Cordless tools, including the HSA 94 hedge trimmers and FSA 130 brushcutters, along with the BGA 100 blower and the versatile KMA 130 R kombi power unit which can be used
with various Kombi attachments. Also on stand will be products from the manufacturer’s cut-off construction saw line-up.

The diamond disc designs provide airflow for enhanced performance and are longer lasting. The company says the new wool-based cleaning and
maintenance pads are good for the environment. Lighter and designed for universal fitting, the discs and pads join thousands of other consumables and spares that are ready for delivery next day, or the same day if customers are within the two hours of the Group’s depot.
