EXECUTIVE HIRE SHOW PREVIEW continued
Low-emission Yanmar engines from Barrus
Barrus will show the latest Yanmar industrial engines designed for the new EU Stage V emission regulations. The standards apply to
engines installed in non-road (off-road) mobile machinery (NRMM) between 19kW and 560kW. An additional regulation is now included for engines below 19kW. Barrus states that the 24 Yanmar diesel models cover not only the more stringent NOx (nitrogen oxide) and particulate matter standards imposed on units from 19kW and above, but also the new regulations for engines
under 19kW. There are three air-cooled models available for applications
under 19kW, namely the L48V, L70V and L100V. The other 21 are vertical, cylinder-type, water-cooled versions available across the power ranges, including the 4TNV94FHT unit for requirements of 56kW and above.

Adblue models from Trailer Engineering
STAND K44
Trailer Engineering has expanded its range of products for the storage of Adblue, and will highlight the latest additions at the Show. The line-up includes models with capacities of 110, 950, 2,000 and 2,400 litres, and various options are available depending on the type of unit, such as bowser models, skid base versions, Polycubes, site-tow and highway-tow variants. Pump options are also offered. To meet user requirements, all units have a
bunded tank to ensure the content is kept out of direct sunlight, and these are lockable to keep the equipment safe and the contents free from contamination.
New launches from National Flooring Equipment
US-based surface preparation manufacturer, National Flooring Equipment, will show a selection of its floor strippers, including the 5000 (pictured) and 5700 ride-on floor strippers. The former is a compact ride-on floor model that can be used in a range of applications, including the removal of soft and hard finishes. The 5700 battery powered ride-on machine offers up to 12 hours’ operation on a single charge and similarly can be used to remove a variety of materials.
STAND K6 The company’s power hammer trolley facilitates
work with a hand-held breaker in the upright position. Users can change the angle of the tool, making it more ergonomic to manoeuvre. National Flooring Equipment will also launch a new shot blaster that is designed to strip, clean and profile concrete in a single step, increasing productivity.
