At this year’s Executive Hire Show, Morris Site Machinery’s new stand at F30 places sustainability and innovation in the spotlight with the debut of two new SMC lighting products, the TL90 Evolve and TL60 Solar.
The new model also benefits from the unrivalled experience of Morris Site Machinery’s UK design team, bringing 25 years lighting tower expertise to life in this latest new product launch.
The compact design of the new TL90 Evolve allows easier access for servicing, smoother lines and a shorter body for ease of transport. Mounted on an approved fast tow road trailer complete with road lights, it weighs just 900kg fully fuelled. The tower is super silent at just 60dB(A) from 7m and is fuel efficient.

Centre stage will be the reveal of the next generation SMC TL90 lighting tower; the TL90 Evolve.
This new model offers all the functionality of the current market leading SMC TL90 but with a new ergonomic design, more compact appearance and three lamp head options.
The standard TL90 Evolve with four LED lamp heads offers an impressive 185 hours of run time; the TL90 Evolve with Halo offers a soft light solution and the TL90 Evolve+ has six powerful lamp heads and represents the country’s brightest LED lighting tower.
The new compact TL60 Solar model has been developed to meet the industry’s sustainability agenda and demand for environmentally-friendly equipment featuring renewable energy.
Totally solar powered, this energy efficient and easily deployable lighting tower produces zero noise and zero emissions. Its dusk til’ dawn sensor provides light when needed, saving battery power and removing the necessity for manual switching on and off. The unit is available with different LED floodlight arrangements including dimmable lights, auto-timer and PIR control.
