INNOVATION – CORPORATE SUPPORT

SPONSORED BY by RESIDE

ReloQuest I

ndependent temporary housing platform ReloQuest won the Best Technological Innovation award for corporate support. The firm prides itself in providing an agnostic, fully

transparent resource for supporting relocation and international assignments for clients and individuals in need of sourcing temporary housing, serviced apartments and hotels worldwide. The platform smartly integrates all parties, from mobility

professionals and assignees to suppliers and corporations throughout the accommodation process, allowing assignees to stay in direct communication and fully involved throughout every stage of their relocation.

A streamlined approach Creating a comprehensive, streamlined method to source

temporary accommodation and effectively manage supply chains is an ongoing global mobility challenge. By embracing the unique challenges of clients and supporting corporate strategy, the deceptively simple technology provides mobility teams with real-time data and business intelligence to strategically manage a relocation more efficiently. Reporting back a wealth of information, from budget variance, average rates, reservations and market trends in an easy to digest format at the click of a button. Explaining how ReloQuest managed to take top spot this

year, the judges said, “The organisation stands out as being highly innovative, creating a positive experience for users exhibiting advanced technology for clients and individuals alike. The site is easy to navigate using cutting edge, state-of-the-art comparison functionality which whilst providing a superior customer experience, enables cost savings and reduces workload.”

High functionality and user-friendly design During a live demonstration, the judges found the system to

be “user-friendly, with a wide range of functionalities available which contribute to the improvement of the user experience.”

2018 Functionalities that received the highest praise by the judges

were the “Varied levels of management for the dashboard. Reports that include detailed supplier performance, spend, length of stay. The ability for suppliers to get feedback on potential reasons for losing bookings, as well as the capability to see hotels and serviced apartments all in one place.” The simplicity of the request forms and the handy tool

to click and drag criteria to order preferences, as well as the added function for an employer to report on what an employee is looking for, such as ranking preferences were valued by the judges. Email capture within the system, currency conversion and the option to hide rates from an employee were also noted as optimum benefits to the user.

Business solutions made simple In addition, the judges were deeply impressed by the platform’s

“great functionality” and most of all, how the technology was able to benefit both companies and the relocating employee. As well as the platform’s representation of suppliers in over 75 countries. The judging panel concluded that the website’s “Negotiated

rates encompassed in a serviced apartment with a declining price model was a smart use of technology.” The judges found the platform to provide a “greatly simplified process for booking management that was clear and easy to use,” with the added option to book serviced apartments for over two years. On receiving the award, president and chief executive Darin

Karp added, “We could not be more thrilled to receive this Relocate Global Award for Best Technological Innovation – Corporate Support. It speaks for all of us at ReloQuest demonstrating the level of commitment we have to our clients, suppliers, and motivating us to continue to create business solutions that drive the future of global mobility.”
