P&P LIVE! 2019 preview

TARGET TRANSFERS Target Transfers will be bringing the world's most advanced garment decoration machines and materials to the exhibition. New for 2019

includes: ● Dual Air Fusion IQ Heat Press

● Heat Press Power Platens

Diamondback E SCREEN PRINT WORLD

For 2019 the Diamondback series of presses will be changed from pneumatic print heads to electric print heads, and will be available in 8/6, 10/8, and 12/10 models.

Switching to electric print heads improves the overall print stroke control, leading to better/consistent ink deposit, and overall print quality. Potentiometer speed controls allow operators to set print and flood speeds to exact numbers rather than the randomness of the old pneumatic flow controls. While the side frame holders have been upgraded from the formed steel design of the past, to the standard aluminium extrusion used on our higher end presses.

The Human Machine Interface has been upgraded to a Proface 5000 series 7.5in display, with newly designed operator interface screens and built in anytime tutorials effectively putting operations manuals at the operatorʼs fingertips. A new thin- profile swivelling control box beam with multi-angle Control box adjustment makes for easy ergonomic positioning for operators. See this new carousel on stand B70.

● New HTV innovations

● Heated Weeding Table

Join the team for the UK launch of the Stahlsʼ Hotronix Dual

Stahls’ EZ Weeding Table

Air Fusion IQ machine. Combining the efficiency of a dual headed press and Wi-Fi reporting. Use the Hotronix Online Portal to manage users, generate reports, and troubleshoot issues. Target will also launch the Stahlsʼ Hotronix Power Platen. This revolutionary lower platen eliminates the dreaded heat press box on heat-sensitive fabrics, the platen has a built-in pillow to conform to any substrate.

Improve HTV weeding by 80% with the Stahlsʼ EZ Weeding

Table. The bond between a heat transfer material and its carrier lessens when heated. Try it yourself at P&P LIVE! 2019, bring your own pre-cut design for weeding to put it to the test. To see these products visit stand C30.

YES LTD Over on Your Embroidery Services Ltdʼs stand you will find the latest in garment decoration technology.

The new KS Series Super Compact 8 head embroidery machine will receive its first UK showing. This machine is not only space saving but its robust structure means that it is a true production powerhouse. Its design offers a standard depth of 78cm or less.

Sprint 7XL

STOCKS Last year, ZSK extended the Sprint Series with three new models – the Sprint 7, Sprint 7L and SPRINT 7XL. The Sprint 6 and Sprint 6 XL are being continued as 12 needle models. All Sprint 7 models are equipped with 18 needles and servo drive systems. The Sprint 7 machines are more efficient on longer stitch lengths compared to the Sprint 6 Series. Design starting points can now be saved in the design. A centre point can be saved in the machine and returned to after each embroidery cycle.

Another innovation is the drive system hanging from the top of the Sprint 7L and the Sprint 7XL. These two models therefore offer extended space to embroider large products like suitcases and golf bags.

The embroidery fields of 40x60cm on the Sprint 7L and 40x140cm on the Sprint 7XL, set a new benchmark and offer flexibility for the use of this machine series. Stocks Embroidery Solutions, the UK agent for ZSK, will be showcasing the Sprint 7XL and Sprint 7 at P&P LIVE!, alongside the Racer series multi-head machines, and the much- loved Brother commercial embroidery machines. Head over to stand D30 to find out more.

With the newly developed motor driven under bed trimming systems and SWFʼs supreme KS technology, this machine speeds through caps, garments and textiles up to 1,200spm as standard. Boasting larger stitch lengths at higher stitching speeds and larger design and stitch memory storage, the machine has built in power failure recovery and laser design trace, not to mention embroidery hoop limits, a narrow arm for shirt pocket embroidery, optional quick change cap frames, built-in oil lubrication system to reduce downtime to zero, and much more. Also on stand will be the DTG-QM8 which prints up to 300 pieces per hour. This high-speed industrial production ready textile printer delivers incredibly sharp colours and clarity at a highly competitive price, while providing a greener solution that requires no water, no steaming or washing-in process. An enhanced eight-colour ink range delivers an extended colour gamut over four heads, great hand and light-fastness to all-natural fibres, 100% polyester and blends, and has been hugely successful with applications for cut piece textile and even full hide-leather digital printing. Find out more on stand H10.
