oven for all digital and conventional textile ink systems, complete with an advanced and efficient airflow and exhaust system.

AJS EMBROIDERY SERVICES Getting its UK debut on the AJS stand is Coloreel, the instant thread colouring unit, which is sure to draw in the crowds. AJS will be running live demonstrations of this ground-breaking product on its stand throughout the three day exhibition. The unit instantly colours a single piece of white thread creating stunning, unique designs.

Also premiering at the 2019 show from Pulse Microsystems will be the new DG16 range of software with new functions like the interactive ribbon and more features included in each level from simple lettering to full blown professional digitising. Head over to stands K10 and L10 to find out more.

| 62 | January 2019 AMAYA SALES UK

Amaya Sales UK will be showing its latest equipment and products for the garment decoration industry. There will be special product launches on some of its products and with special prices, so donʼt miss the chance to see for yourself. The Kornit Avalanche HD6 DTG printer will be demonstrated, showing how easy it is to mass produce with very little labour input. Cost per print is drastically reduced; an A4 full colour print on dark shirts is only around 50p. So, with orders around 500 the Kornit competes very well with screen print costs but without set up costs, time and labour. Donʼt forget that all Kornit DTG printers have built in pre- treatment so all you have to do is load the design,

load the garment, print and dry. The Polyprint

Texjet DTG printers will be demonstrated and there will

be some big surprises in store, with the launch a new product. The Texjet is ideal for runs of around 100 prints a day. They offer superb print and feel quality and require very little maintenance. They can be left for up to 30 days with the power off.

Kornit Avalanche HD6

The latest Melco EMT16 Plus modular embroidery machine will be shown. Come and see how it is the fastest multi-head available together with the flexibility to deal with todayʼs production demands.

Visit stand E40 for more information.

EXILE TECHNOLOGIES At P&P LIVE! 2019, EXILE Technologies will be running live demonstrations on both the FREEStyler DTS and SPYDER II computer to screen systems together with its complementary UV-LED exposure systems.

Coloreel

This will include the new VLUX and VLUX-XL vertical screen exposure cabinets that are the ideal fast screen exposure solution to complement the SPYDER II. The full array UV-LED panel uses multiple rows of LEDs to ensure full, focused and consistent coverage of the screen area. Different types of emulsion use sensitisers that react to light at different wavelengths. The VLUX system uses UV-LEDs that have a sweet spot that is common to almost all types of emulsion sensitiser. These LEDs are optimised for fast and accurate exposure without a glass or vacuum with pure photopolymer emulsions typically exposing in 10 seconds of less depending on mesh count. When combined with EXILEʼs SPYDER II computer to screen system the VLUX and SPYDER II are capable of imaging and exposing 50+ screens an hour. You can find out more on stand B30.
