Focus on Transfer Printing & Heat Presses Tranfer printing made easy

Resolute R-Jet PRO DTF UV61

The Resolute R-Jet PRO DTF UVi & UV61 make light work of transfer and product decoration. Available in two media widths, 30cm and 60cm, both DTF UV models benefi t from a fully automated print process including on-board lamination. The software included with both printers allows for image re-sizing and duplication, gang sheet creation, and, if coupled with one of Resolute’s cutters, automatic cut line creation. Using its low odour fl exible or High Flex UV ink, including white ink and a clear varnish, the transfers produced are not only vibrant, fl exible and easy to apply, but also very durable with an average two-year outdoor lifespan. From phone case decoration to complex part marking, the simple peel, press and re-peel process means application to mugs, pint glasses, water bottles and many other non-fl at surfaces is a quick and simple process. Both printers utilise Epson i3200 print heads, in the compact tilt confi guration for added production speed. High tac adhesive is used in the paper-based adhesive carrier sheet; this makes the majority of products decorated dishwasher safe. Heat seal options are Faux Embroidery, Crystal Patch and TPU patch transfers for textiles and other fl exible substrates.

Single vs dual: Choosing the right heat press For print businesses weighing up their next heat press, the Xpres HPD range offers a clear choice between output and footprint. The HPD Single Pneumatic Heat Press is built for smaller operations or start-ups needing minimal fl oor space. Its 40x50cm Tefl on-coated plate delivers even heat distribution, while a slide-out loading drawer, digital touchscreen and pneumatic pressure control keep operation simple and safe. Step up to the HPD Dual Pneumatic Heat Press, and the same reliable pressing technology is doubled for volume. Its twin-table design lets one platen load while the other presses, saving time signifi cantly during busy production runs. Added extras include positioning lasers for accuracy, an emergency stop safety guard and a UK PCL compressor connector. Both presses share an antiscald cover and generous plate-to-base gap, rounding out a machine designed for straightforward, easy thread-ability and the same quick-change platen compatibility. The Single suits low-to-medium output, while the Dual is built for businesses scaling up garment decoration.
