Focus on Screen Printing Adelco

One line, infi nite possibilities The Adelco Syntra Inline System combines the speed of automatic screen printing with the unlimited colour of digital – in one continuous pass. A screen-printed base handles solid colours and the white underbase; industrial Ricoh recirculating print heads add photographic detail, gradients and variable elements on top. No separations or screens for the digital work, and just two white base screens per job, however complex the design. The result is production that digital alone can’t touch: up to 240 garments per hour, unaffected by design complexity, with the lowest ink cost per print of any inline system. Because the hybrid approach minimises ink deposit, the Syntra also delivers the softest hand feel of any comparable system.

Available in four and six-colour digital models with print areas up to 60x80cm and resolutions up to 800x1800dpi, running eco-friendly water-based pigment inks throughout.

Adelco Syntra Inline System

As run lengths fall across the industry, the Syntra makes short runs, personalisation and complex multi-technique work commercially viable – at volume.
