Yet, in 2020, Papergraphics entered into a partnership with B-FLEX, the Italian manufacturer of heat transfer vinyl, and launched its new garment print division. “Supplying garment and textile transfer printing vinyl and equipment is a logical addition to our service”, says Alistair Travis, BDM at Papergraphics. “Many of our 2,000+ large-format print customers already offer heat transfer printing services. So, supporting our customers’ needs while expanding our services to meet the requirements of the garment decoration market made perfect sense.”
Since 2020, Papergraphics’ long-standing reputation for service and expertise has attracted new partners to its garment print division. Papergraphics now also supplies and supports the excellent heat press range from Secabo and Roland DG’s superb print and cut machines.
Whether applying transfers to T shirts, workwear, caps, shoes, footballs or personalising practically any clothing fabric, you can be confident that B-FLEX has a proven heat transfer vinyl for your job. The B-FLEX Gimme5 range (CAD-Cut and printable) is a hot peel 80-micron vinyl, available in 65 colours and applies to most fabrics in only four seconds at 140°C. In addition, there are also more technical products in the B-FLEX range for difficult garments such as Lycra or softshell along with more specialist films such as ‘glow-in-the-dark’ for fashion or EN certified reflective vinyl for professional workwear. Papergraphics generally holds around £30,000 worth of B-FLEX vinyl rolls in stock in its Crawley warehouse. The range is supplied in widths of 500mm, 750mm and 1,000mm by the linear metre or on 25m rolls and if ordered by 5.15pm, Papergraphics can deliver to mainland UK the next day!
