CADlink acquired by EFI Fiery F


iery, the digital front end and workflow business of Electronics For Imaging, has acquired CADlink Technology Corp. CADlink and EFI Fiery each have long histories of investment and leadership in colour management, RIP and workflow solutions, as well as in helping customers get the most productivity out of their digital print and imaging systems.

CMYUK appoints senior digital sales consultant

hris Martin, ex head of sales at PrintMAX, has joined CMYUK as a senior digital


sales consultant.


Mr Martin joined PrintMAX in 2008 initially as a consumables account manager, making his way to head of sales with overall responsibility for all equipment and consumables. Highly experienced in supporting customers in the evaluation of capital equipment and long-term purchasing strategies, his key strengths are building, maintaining, and developing customer relationships.


The move to CMYUK will enable Mr Martin to work with an expanded portfolio of print production equipment from the best technology brands in the world that include EFI, Canon, Epson, Mimaki, Kongsberg and Klieverik.


He said: “CMYUK is the undisputed number one supplier in the industry. Its infrastructure and facilities are designed to place the customer and its business needs at the centre of the product assessment process. The resources available are unique to the industry and include on-going professional training, equipment evaluation, materials testing, and workflow audits underpinned by a
