Featuring an immersive film by award winning documentarian Ric Burns and narrated by famed actor Jeff Goldblum, RiseNY, a first-of-its-kind new attraction combining museum exhibit galleries with a majestic theme park-style ride where visitors experience the ultimate feeling of flight as they soar high above New York City, opened in the heart of the city on 2 March. Brogent Technologies was responsible for the ride technology and you can find out more about the role they and others played in bringing this exciting new experience to life on pages 30 and 31.

Briq Bookings started in the attic of The KartFabrique, an FEC in Utrecht, The Netherlands, 2017. The aim was to create a multi-activity booking system which bundled activities, services, and extras for its guests. The first results looked so promising that they decided to scale up their product and offer it to other venues too. Read the company’s story in full on pages 35-36.


Land of Legends opened in Antalya, one of Turkey’s most beautiful cities, in 2016. Since its inception it has continued to grow and now covers 620,000 square metres. Describing it as a world in which everyone is encouraged to live their own story, Cem Tuna general manager, tells me what lies in store for guests (pp38-39).
