Compagnie des Alpes

ï development of new themed areas, with Greece (2027) and above all Londinium in 2028, a largely covered immersive universe featuring indoor attractions (a roller coaster and dark ride),

ï a 20% increase in capacity, with a significant share indoors to support all-season operation,

ï strengthening of the hotel offer, with the planned opening in 2027 of L’Odyssée, a 300-room four-star hotel, bringing total capacity to 750 rooms.

This strategy aims to make Parc Astérix a genuine short-break destination while improving visitor comfort. The park is also building on strong events momentum (Halloween from 3 October to 8 November 2026, and an enhanced Gaulish Christmas with a new projection-mapping show on OzIris) to extend its season and diversify its audiences. Finally, this transformation is underpinned by major CSR commitments: ï development of solar energy production from 2026,

ï gradual phase-out of fossil fuels, ï waste reduction (20 tonnes of packaging avoided each year),

ï a target of carbon neutrality by 2030.

2. Walibi Belgium: an ongoing transformation that is gathering pace Since 2016, Walibi Belgium has undergone a profound transformation with: ï 4 new immersive worlds, ï 8 new attractions, ï 8 restaurants and 3 additional shops. The Aqualibi water park has also been

transformed with new areas, including Kiddie Bay, Surf Bay and an outdoor area. The result: attendance has increased by 43% over ten years, reaching more than 1.8 million visitors. This momentum is continuing and gathering

pace with the creation of the new Festival World area. Inspired by New Orleans, Festival World will immerse visitors in a festive universe combining Cajun architecture, French Quarter influences, music and a carnival atmosphere. Designed as a true immersive destination, this

new area will combine thrills, family attractions, food and beverage outlets and relaxation spaces in a lively, colourful environment. Festival World will be developed in two phases between 2028 and 2030. From January 2027, Walibi will begin a major

transformation project around Loup-Garou. 2026 will therefore be its final season in its current form. In 2028, a new hybrid roller coaster will open, developed in collaboration with Rocky Mountain

Construction (RMC), the American manufacturer renowned for its spectacular transformations of wooden coasters. The second phase of Festival World will enrich

the area with several new family and immersive experiences: several rethemed family attractions, family drop towers, a water play area, a main themed restaurant and several new immersive food and beverage outlets. The objective: to offer a lively, immersive and

intergenerational space designed for the whole family.

3. Belantis: the gradual emergence of a Parc Astérix in Germany Acquired in April 2025, BELANTIS is the focus of an ambitious transformation plan designed to turn it into a park inspired by the world of Astérix. The transformation of BELANTIS into Asterix Park

Germany by 2030/31 marks a major milestone for the Compagnie des Alpes. It will create the very first Parc Astérix outside France, in the heart of Europe’s second-largest leisure parks market. The first step will come in 2026 with the opening

of “IDEFIX' ADVENTURE LAND » a family area already proving highly popular, offering 4 new attractions, a play area and character meet-and- greets. BELANTIS’ transformation will take place

gradually and seamlessly, respecting visitors’ existing habits, and will continue from 2027 with the construction of a new area including a Gerstlauer family roller coaster, illustrating the park’s growing momentum. By capitalising on the expertise of the

Compagnie des Alpes, the strength of the Astérix brand (in agreement with Éditions Albert René) and BELANTIS’ outstanding land assets (80 hectares), the ambition is to reach, in the longer term, a potential of 900,000 visitors per

4. Aquascope: Futuroscope continues its spectacular transformation Following the opening of Aquascope in 2024,

which has already passed the milestone of one million visitors, and several major investments in recent years, the Poitiers resort is already preparing the next stage in its development: the expansion of the water park, a new hotel and a particularly rich programme of new developments planned for 2028. Among the announced new features:

ï 5 new water slides; ï A ninja-style play area; ï A 1.80-metre-deep pool dedicated to this activity;

ï Two climbing walls accessible to visitors. The new slides will be supplied by the Canadian

manufacturer ProSlide. With these additions, Aquascope will offer a

more diverse experience, combining thrills, physical challenges and family activities. 2028 will also see the opening of the fourth

Futuroscope hotel. Still under construction, this property, whose name has not yet been revealed, will offer direct access to Aquascope to make visits easier for guests. The future hotel will include, among other features, a spa area, sauna, hot tub and hammam, further strengthening the resort’s accommodation offer after Station Cosmos and the Ecolodges.
