are so pleased to finally open the park and welcome guests to explore Tornado Springs, our largest single investment here at Paultons Park. We wanted to introduce a spectacular and immersive themed area

With well-known venues like M&Ds Scotland Theme Park and Codonas getting onboard, Semnox, a leading solutions provider for the leisure and entertainment industry, has implemented its offerings in 15 new amusement locations over the past year in United Kingdom. “We have been seeing an increasing demand in businesses looking at online sales platforms like websites and mobile apps to support their physical ticket sales. The growth was expected but the pandemic has pushed the increase in demand by at least 20-30% beyond the industry expectation. This is great news for us as our web and mobile platforms are completely integrated and robust, with great feedback from across the globe”, said Ashish KS, group client manager, Semnox Solutions. With Semnox’s focus on providing better experience to the guests, it’s partnership with TheExperienceTicket.com will allow users of Semnox’s solutions to enable queue-free solutions to the venues. This re-enforces the commitment to deliver new and innovative ideas to its customers.

WhiteWater World is coming back with a splash!

hiteWater World is set to re-open with a splash ahead of the September holidays, following its first seasonal closure. Preparations have taken place in past months, with a significant focus on ensuring maintenance activity and refurbishments were completed during the park’s seasonal closure, resulting in improved ride availability for guests when it’s hot and sunny. In addition to park improvements, WhiteWater World has also created over 100 Gold Coast jobs. Roles in aquatic safety, slide operation and guest services have been filled ahead of the park’s September opening.

Operations director, Michelle Erasmus said.“It’s been so fantastic to see so many applications and to be able to offer employment to over 100 Queenslanders. We’re incredibly excited to kick off WhiteWater World’s warmer seasons with an enthusiastic team that can’t wait to help our guests make new memories at the park.”

“The team have undergone rigorous training, including the Comprehensive Aquatic Risk Management Program (CARMP) developed by leading aquatic safety supplier, Jeff Ellis International (JEI), and are prepared to offer our guests a safe and fun water park experience.”

The park’s re-opening will be celebrated by a Splash Party, taking place on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th of September, sponsored by Billabong, Quiksilver and Roxy. Guests will be able to enjoy DJ entertainment, games and prize giveaways, all free with their entry.
