I expect our lobster and shrimp salad roll to be at the top of our list for popular items this summer. This sandwich incorporates the Jersey shore’s great flavours and is excellent for lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack. I think our crab cake taco, also a personal favourite, will do very well. It brings together everyone’s favourites - crabmeat & tacos - into an easy to eat quickly prepared handheld. Last but not least is Joe’s famous crab dip. It’s an excellent dish, great for sharing. This dip is made with a creamy, cheesy crabmeat mixture baked in the oven until golden brown and served with fresh bread and corn chips for dipping. It’s a ‘can’t miss’!

Stubborn Bros., overlooking the Ocean Oasis Water Park, has something to satisfy everyone’s tastebuds. I think the newly added Shrimp Quesadilla will be a big hit this summer. Made with fresh grilled shrimp, a black bean & roasted corn salad, and mixed cheddar/jack cheeses, it’s perfect for sharing or eating alone. Another new addition that we think will do well on the menu is the “Indo” or curry chicken salad. Made with fresh white chicken breast, golden raisins, and diced Fiji apples with curry seasonings, it’s delicious on a sandwich or salad. Rounding out the list of top three items expected to do well this summer is the Jersey stuffed tomato with lobster and shrimp salad; it tastes as good as it sounds. And if you’re more of a landlubber, we’ll stuff the tomato with the Indonesian chicken salad - you can’t go wrong with either option.

Had a new request that I never had before: “Please have Cotton Candy without colouring - my kids react to colouring.” I’ll try to make the first batch this weekend and see if this is a trend of today’s people! Also had people that commented that they had waited all COVID-19 for us to open to get our Funnel Cake. That was good as we had lines for an hour after we closed.
