etson Enterprises, a division of H. Betti Industries, is a leading amusement distributor and global supplier of location- based amusement equipment and services. With sales offi ces and distribution centers throughout the U.S. as well as an export division, it has the scale and infrastructure to serve customers large and small.


Betson Enterprises’ key customers are both its manufacturing partners and clients/ business owners. Jonathan explains, “We represent all major equipment and parts suppliers in the Family Entertainment Centre business. With that, our mission is to provide best in class products, customer service and solutions to our valued clients with every interaction and transaction.” “In terms of our customer base,” says Jonathan “it ranges from the local operating companies to some of the largest international Family Entertainment Center chains in the world. I believe that our products and solutions aren’t limited to any specifi c market and we are constantly looking to expand the landscape for location-based entertainment products.”

Commenting on current and future trends, James says: “The out of home leisure entertainment industry is alive and well. Betson’s customers across the U.S are seeing excellent foot traffi c and game revenue that has exceeded almost all expectations. There is no doubt that pent up demand has contributed to the success, but it’s also testament to the entertainment value these locations offer. We are starting to see export markets follow these same trends as regions begin to further open. As a team we are excited about the future of the industry and believe it will be better than ever.
