Attendance Up “Our guests, they will enjoy it,” emphasises Arie. “The Mine Blower goes to the next level of thrills and intensity that you can experience on a roller coaster. Our initial lines have been long and the accolades have been plentiful. It is truly ‘one of a kind’ #bestrideever.” Arie has ridden ‘Blower, according to him, “maybe a dozen times. But I didn’t get a chance to ride it until our grand opening on June 23rd. We were behind in opening and our testing with water dummies and accelerometers kept live beings riding it to an absolute minimum.” Although open, ‘Blower is not complete. Two tunnels will be added soon, while lighting, signage, and other props also remain to be added to the site. Arie believes the addition of Mine Blower will have a
significant effect on attendance. They are already seeing almost a 30 percent increase over last year, he expects to receive a great return on investment from its addition.
The Gravity Group received high praise from Arie.
“TGG was chosen because they promised to deliver a superior, cutting edge coaster within our time frame at a price we could afford. While they didn’t make the original completion date, they did not disappoint us with the superior product and experience they delivered. Fun Spot America would definitely use TGG again and again and again! They are smart, honest and hardworking people. Built at a cost of almost $6 million, it was the biggest single ride investment in our almost 20 year history. Made in America so we are doing our part to make America Great Again! “We love The Gravity Group and we love the Mine
Blower,” concluded Arie. “It was the right thing for us to do at this time in our growth and development. I expect the Mine Blower will help put us on the map with the other giant parks in Central Florida. I think it will solidify our position as an economical, fun and thrilling option to the other expensive parks and will definitely increase our market share.”
