Spinsanity makes its debut


Two New Triotech Projects with Jeju Shinhwa World


announced Triotech is developing two world premiere attractions for the Jeju Shinhwa World theme park being built in South Korea. These unique attractions will be based on TUBAn Entertainment’s Larva I.P. including its two iconic characters, Red and Yellow. Triotech is responsible for two of the custom-designed anchor attractions headlining the theme park, an interactive dark ride and a unique interactive walkthrough. With a total land area of approximately 280,000 square meters (3,013,895 sq ft), the Shinhwa theme park will comprise of 7 distinct and exciting zones.


Luna Park marks Cyclone’s 90th birthday


Luna Park, New York City’s largest amusement park, celebrated the Cyclone’s 90th Birthday on Sunday, June 25 at Luna Park in Coney Island. The Coney Island Cyclone was named a New York City Landmark in 1988, and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991. The roller coaster has 2,640 feet (805 m) of track featuring 12 drops and 27 elevation changes, including an 85-foot (26 m), 60º plunge at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour. The historic coaster has provided rides for almost one million riders from around the world since 1927 and has also been a featured element of movies, television shows, books and other forms of American culture.
