ICE 22 REVIEW Enteractive
Enteractive embraced ICE fully, even hosting their own off-site networking event; the company’s meticulous preparation ensured a successful show
ICE London 2022 would be like. Here at Enteractive, we spent the run-up to the event excitedly preparing for our return to one of our favourite conferences and the chance to be reunited with industry friends - old and new. Our in-house Designer did a fantastic job creating our custom stand and all of our merch in our signature green branding, from cushions to coffee cups to a QR-coded paperless downloadable brochure. We even organised a highly anticipated round of networking drinks up in SkyGarden in the famous Walkie Talkie building in the heart of London. It was all systems go!

After jetting down to the ExCeL conference centre and putting the finishing touches on our stand, the next few days saw our team hard at work. Our networking area was so much busier than expected and this year turned out to be our strongest and most successful attendance yet! The turnout was fantastic and we had lots of people coming, going, and enjoying the coffee expertly made by our baristas - not to mention the bowl of chocolate eggs, our nod to Easter weekend. Aside from the goodies on offer, visitors to our stand loved our big screen showing live updates from our worldwide retention campaigns for operators - a 24-hour time-zone hopping visualisation of our ReActivation agents connecting with players across the globe. Keen to find out more, passers-by were

conferences being put on pause for the past couple of years, there was a lot of speculation around what
drawn in and eager to learn more about what we do. It was lovely to meet lots of great people and connect with plenty of new companies, as well as catch up with some familiar faces! The buzzing atmosphere got everyone excited to network and do business. Despite not having as many North American exhibitors as usual due to some of the land-based brands staying away in 2022, we still had plenty of terrific conversations with US operators. It was particularly interesting to make these connections as the US iGaming market gears up and gets up to speed for operation. We’re certainly looking forward to being part of this new sector and managed to make some valuable and mutually beneficial connections.
After a busy few days at the conference centre, it was our turn to host. Our networking drinks event at the beautiful SkyGarden area
atop the Walkie Talkie building was a smashing hit, serving the ‘wow’ factor and bringing together industry professionals to network and unwind over a sweeping vista of the iconic London skyline. The feedback we received from our guests was absolutely heart-warming, and we look forward to our next event, set to be even more impressive! Overall, our experience at ICE could not have gone better. The hard work of our amazing team paid off and we’re already looking ahead to prepare for the conference in 2023. A huge thank you goes out from us to the organisers, Clarion Events.
Andrew Foster, Enteractive chief business officer, said: “ICE 22 has been an amazing experience for us… busier than expected… but as a team, we’ve never been busier, never had more meetings, and never had more fun at ICE.”
