presentar un capital social mínimo de R$ 10 millones con reserva de fondos bajo garantía para el pago de las obligaciones y derechos estipulados en el proyecto, excepto la adjudicación, que puede ser en forma de depósito en efectivo, seguro de garantía o garantía bancaria.
