Casinos Según el texto, los casinos pueden instalarse en complejos turísticos integrados – resorts, como parte de este, el cual debe contar por lo menos con 100 habitaciones de hotel de alta categoría, lugares para reuniones y eventos, restaurantes, bares y centros comerciales. Ciudades turísticas
Se permitirá la instalación de un casino, independientemente de la densidad de población del estado en el que se encuentren en lugares clasificados como hubs o destinos turísticos, La propuesta define a estos lugares como aquellos que cuentan con identidad regional, infraestructura adecuada y oferta de servicios turísticos, alta densidad de turistas y título de patrimonio natural de la humanidad, además de tener al turismo como una importante actividad económica. Un casino turístico no puede ubicarse a menos de 100 kilómetros de distancia de cualquier casino integrado en un complejo de ocio.
Casinos flotantes
La novedad en relación con las versiones anteriores del texto es la explotación de casinos en embarcaciones fluviales, una por cada río con 1.500 km a 2.500 km de longitud; dos por cada río con una extensión de entre 2.500 km y 3.500 km; y tres por río con una extensión superior a 3.500 km. Estos buques no podrán estar fondeados en el mismo lugar
durante más de 30 días consecutivos, y la concesión podrá ser de hasta diez establecimientos. Estos barcos deben contar por lo menos con 50 camarotes de lujo, restaurantes y bares y centros comerciales, así como lugares para eventos y reuniones.
Bingo
En el caso del bingo, el texto permite su funcionamiento de manera permanente sólo en casas de bingo, permitiendo a los municipios y al Distrito Federal explorar estos juegos en estadios con capacidad superior a 15,000 aficionados.

more than 30 consecutive days, and the concession may be for up to ten establishments. Such vessels must have at least 50 luxury cabins, restaurants and bars and shopping centres, as well as places for events and meetings.
Bingo
In the case of bingos, the text allows its operation permanently only in bingo houses, allowing municipalities and the Federal District to explore these games in stadiums with a capacity of more than 15,000 fans. Bingo houses must have a minimum capital of R$ 10 million, with a minimum area of 1,500 square meters, where up to 400 videobingo machines can be installed. Slot machines will be banned in bingo operations. A maximum of one bingo house per 150,000 inhabitants has been authorized in the text, and licenses will be allowed for 25 years, renewable for the same period.
