Saracen Casino launches Arkansas’ fi rst sports betting app
Saracen Casino Resort (Pine Bluff, Ark.) has selected Global Payments’ iGaming solutions for its new sports betting app, BetSaracen. Founded in 2019, Saracen Casino Resort’s 80,000 square foot gaming area features 2,300 slot machines and nearly 40 table games. Earlier this year, the state of Arkansas legalised mobile sports betting, and gaming institutions are eager to offer a mobile solution. Saracen Casino Resort is breaking into the mobile gaming industry with BetSaracen, the state’s first mobile sports betting app.
Global Payments’ iGaming solutions allow casinos to leverage a multi-channel approach to connect online and brick-and-mortar gaming. Global Payments’ VIP Lightspeed platform powers funding and withdrawals for iGaming, while VIP Preferred e-check network allows users to effortlessly access funds from their checking account.

Bragg receives Pennsylvania iGaming license
The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has approved Bragg Gaming Group to participate in the Commonwealth’s iGaming market.
The PGCB’s approval is the fi nal regulatory approval needed in advance of closing for Bragg to complete its previously announced acquisition of Spin Games LLC which the Company expects to close later this month. Nevada-based Spin Games is a B2B gaming technology and content provider currently servicing the US market. Spin Games holds licenses in key iGaming- regulated US states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Connecticut, and supplies Tier 1 operators in these markets.
Yaniv Spielberg, chief strategy offi cer for Bragg, said: “We appreciate the PGCB’s staff members’ diligence in reviewing our license application and thank them for the
approval to enter Pennsylvania’s iGaming market. Refl ecting this license approval, we look forward to completing our acquisition of Spin Games in the next few weeks. Since announcing the planned acquisition, we have worked closely with the Spin Games team to complete the technical integration between our Remote Game Server (RGS) and their technology platform and as a result, we are ready to begin operating in several U.S. markets very quickly following the completion of the acquisition later this month. We expect the Spin Games and our RGS combined offering will deliver the benefi ts of our advanced player engagement, data tools and platform technology alongside Spin Games’ U.S. market content and operator relationships, providing for a differentiated and widely distributed iGaming product offering.”
Leap Gaming secures UK license
Leap Gaming has received a Supply License by the UKGC. The long-awaited UK license is a milestone for Leap, allowing it to access the UK gaming market. The UKGC license is added to the other recent licenses obtained by Leap in Sweden, Netherlands, Romania, South Africa and Greece.

Salsa awarded MGA licence
Salsa Technology has been awarded its B2B licence by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), which now puts the company in a position to accelerate its ambitious European expansion strategy which will complement the strong growth in Latin America.
