ARGENTINA La Lotería de Córdoba inició licitación para el juego online
Convocada por Resolución de Directorio No. 1547/22 serie ‘I’ de fecha 19 de mayo 2022, la Lotería de Córdoba dio inicio para la licitación internacional del juego online, teniendo como objetivo el “otorgamiento de hasta diez (10) licencia para la organización explotación y el desarrollo de la actividad de juego ‘En Línea’. El Objeto de la resolución añade que la actividad puede llevarse a cabo en distintas modalidades a través de “medios electrónicos, informáticos, de telecomunicación o cualquier otro procedimiento

resultado de la encuesta realizada por el Instituto de Investigaciones DataSenado, de Brasil, sobre los proyectos de Ley No. 442/91 y 2,648 de 2019 para aprobar casinos, bingos y el jogo do bicho, con el resultado que la mayoría de los encuestados (58%) están de acuerdo con la legalización de los juegos de azar en Brasil, aunque también existe una tasa de rechazo del 42%. Sin embargo, parece que El Senado brasileño debatiría la nueva ley de casinos después de las elecciones de octubre. Mientras tanto, la Provincia de Córdoba en Argentina ha sacado una
licitación internacional para operadores del juego online, y Perú ha dado el gran paso para aprobar legislación para los juegos y apuestas por Internet, es decir online, y similares. Y sin más ni más, salimos disparados para seguir cubriendo los eventos del sector en Londres, y seguidamente en Lima para el PGS. ¡Alla nos vemos!

ARGENTINA Cordoba Province begins online gambling tender process
The Lotería de Córdoba Board approved a resolution for a tender process to grant up to 10 licences for the exploitation and operation of online gambling in the Argentine province, which has a population of nearly 3 million. According to Resolution No. 154/22, the activity can be carried out in different modalities such as, “electronic, computer, telecommunication or any other interactive procedure, which is developed within the scope of the Province of Córdoba”.
