Sobre el Anteproyecto de Ley En el anteproyecto de ley presentado se reafirma que Mincetur es la entidad responsable de otorgar las autorizaciones para el uso de plataformas tecnológicas en juegos y apuestas deportivas, así como en locales físicos, por lo que las empresas deberán estar inscritas en el Registro Único de Contribuyentes. También, deberán contar con un representante legal en Perú y un dominio web con la terminación “.pe”.
A la par, las empresas que no cuenten con la autorización sectorial respectiva estarán prohibidas de suscribir contratos de publicidad o patrocinio. Respecto a las sanciones administrativas estas incluyen: amonestación, multa (de 1 a 500 UIT), suspensión de actividades, cancelación de autorización y/o registro administrativo, inhabilitación hasta por 10 (diez) años e inhabilitación permanente. El anteproyecto del Mincetur plantea un impuesto directo aplicado al Ingreso Neto (Net Win). Asimismo, se establecen los porcentajes de distribución, así como los beneficiarios del impuesto, sobre la base de la competencia administrativa y de su vinculación con la actividad objeto de regulación. Es importante mencionar que la propuesta presentada al Consejo de Ministros indica que luego de ser promulgada, el Mincetur deberá emitir el reglamento en un plazo que no exceda los 60 días hábiles. Cabe señalar que, a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la norma, las empresas deberán cumplir con lo señalado en el dispositivo legal en un plazo de ciento 120 días calendario.
COLOMBIA Coljuegos firma el contrato para la operación de Baloto
