NEWS

This issue is one I am quite proud of. We have some great articles from our gaming partners like Macau Business and Gaming For Africa. We also have a terrific interview with Chumash Casino Resort’s Mark Funkhouser, a key part of the team that helped the resort earn TRUE Zero Waste certification. It’s a really stunning achievement, and something all land-based gaming companies can look to and learn from – not least because it’s saved the resort money. Is recycling the hidden efficiency? We think so. Elsewhere, we talk to Foxwoods Casino about the addition of even more Interblock Play Stations, and how the three installations within the resort’s casinos all appeal to very different players. Though, to be honest, you could flick through the

pages and randomly stick a finger in, and you’ll be on something worth reading. Enjoy the issue, and if you are G2E, enjoy the show. If you see us, as ever, come and say hi.
