It never fails to impress me how the remaining EU-27 are able to stand in solidarity (even in light of elections such as in Estonia with a rise in one of the parties which orientates itself “further” to the right) throughout this whole Brexit process. Let me put it in different words: you have multiple political groups in each Member State, many who disagree with each other and are in coalition. And this, 27 times.
