New Managing Director for Kudos


Mark Hill has been appointed as Managing Director for UK Manufacturer, Kudos Shower Products Ltd. Mark has previously held a number of leadership positions within manufacturing businesses, most recently with the Moores Furniture Group and prior to that with Euramax Solutions. Kudos Founder and Chairman Bruce Ledwith commented “Mark is a highly experienced main board director with significant financial and operational experience within a manufacturing environment. He joins us armed with an impressive FCCA and MBA and his initial challenge will be to develop robust processes, particularly with our busy new product schedule, to enhance our best in class service offering.” When asked what attracted Mark to Kudos he explained “Kudos has massive potential to achieve growth based on its quality of product and customer service. That, coupled with the enthusiasm and pride of the main board and of course the great location, was irresistible.”


BA Components appoints Nick Corlett as Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A today announces the appointment of Nick Corlett as CEO of BA Components and BA Clic Components with founders Brian & Kieran MacCracken moving to non-executive director roles.


Nick, who joined the BA group in December 2017, brings a wealth of experience to the role having previously held senior management roles at Nobia AB and Howdens Joinery – two of Europe’s largest kitchen players.


This is a key leadership appointment following the investment partnership with H2 Equity partners who took a majority shareholding in BA in August 2017.


Brian McCracken officially steps down from his current role as managing director and takes up the role of non-executive director. Kieran McCracken also steps down from his active directors role & also takes the role of a non- executive director. Both will continue to be members of the BA board.


Brian commented “After 28 years of starting & steering the business along with Kieran and a great management team through many changes it is with great pride that I pass the baton to Nick to take and lead BA on the next steps of our journey. Nick’s previous experience & working


with him in his COO role for 9 months now has given us valuable time together to explore all parts of the business. Nick is now firmly ready to take the challenge on. Both Kieran and I support and wish Nick the best for the new role and times ahead”.
