The IPG sees in the New Year with a New Managing Director
ver the past decade, The IPG has acted as a dedicated advocate for fostering strong partnerships, leveraging group purchasing power and providing its members unparalleled advantages in sourcing, marketing and IT. With a nationwide network spanning over 200 stores and showrooms, the company has achieved remarkable success for its members and supply partners. Reflecting on the journey, Robin Beal its founder remarked: “I vividly recall the inception of this group with limited resources, immense enthusiasm, and boundless dreams. Today, we have transformed those dreams into reality and set our sights on new horizons. I am equally grateful to all the people who have been part of this journey. That said, we’re just getting started — our best days lie ahead of us.”

Adding to the momentum, The IPG is pleased to welcome Andy Cottee as its new Managing Director. Joining the team during the recent group conference in Spain, Andy seized the opportunity to connect with people. Commenting on the experience, he said, “The conference allowed me to engage with our valued members and suppliers in a fantastic setting. Conversations highlighted our achievements and unveiled the potential for future

collaboration. The passion for our group’s core beliefs and vision is palpable among our members, suppliers and The IPG team. I’m eager to build on these relationships throughout the coming year.’ With a wealth of experience and visionary leadership skills, Andy is poised to lead The IPG into the next phase of its growth. Having previously worked at Vent-Axia and Anglo Nordic, his diverse experience spanning manufacturing, distribution, independent businesses and wholesale
equips him with the ideal skill set to understand and support the growing network of trading partners within the group. Residing in Sussex with his family, he looks forward to directing the dynamic and expanding team based in Littlehampton, Sussex.
In closing, Nike Lovell, Marketing Director stated, “Exciting times await The IPG and we are thrilled to have Andy on this incredible journey with us.
