T
he Magus 4 Electronic from Clearwater is the complete package, combining elegant design with intuitive controls that deliver four water options. The left-hand LED electronic control dispenses 98°C filtered water at the touch of a button. The right-hand lever delivers domestic hot and cold water and fresh tasting cold filtered water.
Consumers switching to Magus 4 can enjoy big savings – it means no more waiting for the kettle to boil or sending single use plastic bottles to landfill, with immediate kettle hot, perfectly tasting water for drinks and cooking. And by only dispensing the exact amount of water needed, savings can be made on water and energy consumption too.
The WRAS approved digital thermostatic boiler is straightforward to install, with an ultra-compact design fitting neatly in the under-sink cupboard. Featuring 10 temperature settings from 45°C to 98°C, the boiler’s 2.4 litre capacity is capable of providing 60 cups of instant kettle hot water per hour.
Magus Kettle taps from Clearwater elevate the design of the kitchen too, available in a choice of five PVD finishes – Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Brushed Copper, Brushed Brass and Matt Black – supported by eye-catching colour swatch binders enabling retailers to colour match the metal finishes to the room’s décor with ease.

Franke unveils the new Maris Water Hub tap range F
ranke has launched the Maris Water Hub, its next generation instant boiling water tap that integrates the features and benefits most favoured by consumers into a single, brand-new model.
Maris Water Hub draws on Franke’s decades of experience of the tap market and features user-friendly operation with a rotatable push-knob, safety shut-off, choice of mechanical or electronic mode, premium PRO-M filter cartridge, ECO- cartridge offering 50% water-saving and a compact stainless steel boiler unit in 4L or 7L options.
Maris Water Hub is initially available in Chrome, Decor Steel and Matt Black in the best-selling J spout style.
There is a choice of 3-in-1 mechanical and 3-in-1 electronic options with the latter offering an opportunity for consumers to elevate to 4-in-1 functionality with cold filtered water by purchasing the optional filtration kit. All models feature the company’s premium PRO-M filter cartridge that purifies water and retains healthy minerals, while reducing limescale to protect the longevity of the tank.
Maris Water Hub carries a two-year warranty and customers can sign up for the annual maintenance service.
Water Hub has been developed as the company’s flagship instant boiling water range and further additions will be showcased at KBB. Franke will phase out its current Minerva and Omni tap ranges by 1st March. They will continue to be warrantied and fully supported ongoing by the UK’s Customer Service Team and Field Service Team of engineers.
