t’s that time again! KBB Birmingham brings the top European KBB brands together under one roof, allowing the sector to explore the latest products across four days (3-6 March).


Some 250+ suppliers from across 20 countries will be showcasing their wares at NEC Birmingham, affording the expected 15,000+ visitors the chance to explore the latest trends, enjoy live demonstrations and exploit multiple learning opportunities throughout the duration of the event. A full list of exhibitors can be found on the KBB site (www.kbb.co.uk) but here are a few of BKU’s picks for this year:


Häfele


Having marked its centenary in 2023, Häfele will celebrate 100 years of furniture fitting manufacturing and look ahead to its next period of innovation.


On stand S70, Häfele will showcase the legacy products that have revolutionised the furniture fixings industry, including its iconic Minifix connector system, of which 3.2 million units are still produced every day.

Hero products on display include the new KOKO opulent brassware and BOHO freestanding furniture which features a stunning matt black frame and rustic oak accents. Other highlights on show will include the stylish Esme cloakroom unit, innovative Waterguard bathroom furniture, next generation Muro Plus, frameless Momentum wetroom with innovative sliding door, stylish Puriti sanitaryware and a selection of marble basins.


Blum

There’s a chance to get hands-on with Häfele’s new Flex Lighting System, a simple and efficient solution for installing kitchen and furniture lighting designs; additional Matrix drawer colourways and materials, plus a new Metalla 310 graphite finish. This is alongside the latest innovations from its partners, including Grass, Hawa, Smeg, Abode and Zuma.


Häfele will also be sharing more about Service+, its revamped range of services designed to add value from concept through to installation and beyond.


The kbb Innovation Awards in partnership with Blum is a highlight of kbb Birmingham and 2024 will be its sixth year running. Blum is extremely proud to have sponsored these awards over the years and 2024 looks set to be even bigger and better with the People’s Choice Award, the Judges’ Choice Award and the Sustainability Award to be revealed.
