3D Visualisation is the Lead Magnet You Need
Your online presence is more important than ever. No need to argue that. But what makes it successful is when it drives potential buyers from web to store. Now how do you convert visitors into buyers? Good customer reviews, an appealing web design and easily accessible contact details are not enough. The lead magnet that you choose needs to bring value to your prospective clients. Today’s consumers want to see what your business can do for them. They
want visual proof that they will get quality and style for their dream home project. Studies have shown that people love viewing Before & Afters. Set yourself apart and include a high-quality 3D rendering of the project. It will demonstrate how you’ve performed your magic and made your clients’ dreams come true. You can take this one step further by incorporating a 3D online configurator into your site to keep visitors engaged in the creative task of designing their space. What better way to get high-qualified leads that are ready to buy? The bottom line is that 3D visualisation is becoming more of an expectation than a nice-to-have, so you better invest in it, or your competitors will.

2022 renovations with conscious consumers
Despite the cost of living increasing, home renovations are still top of mind for consumers. Experts and interior designers are looking for ways to apply 2022 trends without significant spending. With the average cost of bathroom renovations expected to increase by 22% in 2022 (compared to 2021), consumers are looking for simple ways of elevating a space. Adding bright accents of colour to the walls or an abundance of plants can make a significant difference. After seeing a decline of people moving house already in 2022 (35%),
consumers will likely be looking at ways to increase the value of their homes. Home improvements can support a 15-20% value increase and with data suggesting that 20% of first-time buyers would be put off by a dated bathroom or kitchen. This shows promise for our industry despite the ongoing challenges we face.

Reginox: Importance of Accessories
Sink design has come a long way in recent years and, while stylish looks are an important selling factor, increasingly consumers’ priority is its overall functionality. There is a plethora of useful sink accessories available but, in order to get the consumer to trade up, retailers need to show accessories to their customers and educate them in the benefits they can offer. I feel that the real
potential of using the sink as a multifunctional prep centre, for example, has yet to filter through – the concept is under-used in the UK as opposed to many other European countries. Retailers need to invest time in really ‘selling’ these types of sinks to the consumer – but it will be time well-invested as these items offer a strong opportunity for increased profit margins. In terms of sink materials, stainless steel is still the most popular across
