ourselves as an extension to our retailer’s business; acting as the ambassadors for the brands we supply and love. To create more demand for our loyal customers, in 2022, we have heavily invested 3 key areas: customer service, training and marketing. Our new customer service department handles
all customer queries and liaises with our brands directly, resolving queries quickly and efficiently. Our brand-new training team offer daily video
conferencing training to designers and salespeople from our training centre in Sheffield, as well as face to face training in our retailers’ showrooms. Remote training is more popular than ever allows

us to spend more time with retailers and their teams than ever before. In addition to our training centre, we will also be launching our brand-new e-learning platform in September. This will make training materials even more accessible and will allow us to keep salespeople and designers up to date with new products as soon as they are launched. The marketing department is also expanding.
We have recruited a new Marketing Director, a Digital Designer and are collaborating with SEO and PR agencies. Our marketing strategy is increasing brand awareness and, most importantly, is creating demand for both Faber and ILVE across the UK. Retailer resources are being updated regularly, meaning it is even easier for retailers to set up and sell our products online. Investment means making our retailers lives
easier, creating leads, supporting their staff, saving them time, and taking their concerns seriously. These core values are at the heart of all we do at KitchenEX.
KitchenEX; the next generation I
