to address these issues through major investment and strategic acquisitions, ensuring customers have access to high- quality roofing products when they need them most. A key part of this strategy is the £40m
investment in a new fully automated roof tile manufacturing facility at Cadeby, Leicestershire. Powered entirely by solar
energy, the state-of-the-art plant is capable of producing up to 90 million concrete roof tiles annually. The facility manufactures FP McCann’s core roofing range, including Thin Flat, Duo Thin Flat, Square Top, Double Roman and Double Pan-Tile profiles, helping to secure reliable supply while supporting sustainability goals. Further strengthening its roofing portfolio, FP McCann has acquired the Leighton Buzzard roofing business. The acquisition adds popular profiles such as SL8, Gemini and Centurion to the range, while significantly increasing production capacity. Leighton Buzzard provides an additional 30 million metric roof tiles per year, alongside annual capacities of 30 million Gemini and 30 million Centurion tiles. Customers can be assured that
all existing ranges will continue to be manufactured without change. In January 2026, FP McCann also
welcomed Easy-Trim Roofing & Construction Products into the business. Easy-Trim is a leading UK manufacturer of roofing accessories, including lead-free flashing and dry-fix systems.
