Trade Signs UK installs double HP investment
T
rade Signs UK has paid tribute to its recent double investment in new HP Latex machinery.
The company has worked exclusively for
years with HP Latex printers and has now taken stock of the new HP Latex R530 and HP Latex 830W printers. The HP Latex R530 is a compact, all-in-one rigid and flexible printer that can run at a top speed of 24m sq/hr in indoor mode, and also has the ability to print on boards up to 1.6m wide and as thick as 5cm. In tandem, the company also took
delivery of a new HP Latex 830W, which has a top printing speed of 31m sq/hr in outdoor mode and can also print in both colour and white. Offering a maximum media width of
1.63m, the machine allows users to create ICC profiles with an HP Embedded Spectrophotometer.

Mr Gregory added: “HP PrintOS enables us to remotely monitor jobs, meaning we can load things overnight and keep an eye on crucial production information such as ink levels and technical issues, while it also offers us a solid indication of where we are with our usage.”

insely Signs has installed a new Generation 5 Nyala from swissQprint, to try to expand into new markets and target further growth in retail, design, and trade. The recent investment in the swissQprint Nyala 5 flatbed printer, with a roll-to-roll option, CMYK, white and varnish is central to Ainsley Signs’ expansion plans.
In addition, the printer has expanded the type of substrates the business can now work with including aluminium composite material, Foamex and acrylics. Launched at the start of the year, the Nyala 5 flatbed printer can reach speeds

igns & Imaging (South East) has taken stock of a new Epson SureColor S9100 eco-solvent
printer from SEDO Large Format Solutions. The new printer joins the company’s
existing fleet, that includes an Epson S80600, also purchased from SEDO. Dean Johnson, managing director of Signs & Imaging, said: “We love our Epson S80600, and the new S9100 is the natural addition. “We’re looking forward to seeing
exactly what this machine can do and how it will help us deliver an even better range of solutions and services for our customers.” The 64in printer comes with 11 colours, including a new green ink which was added with the aim of delivering smoother gradations.
