What’s the best bit of business advice you’ve been given? Look after your customers, because if you don’t someone else will.
What are you most proud of achieving?
What’s having the greatest impact on your business at the moment? Sustainability and making sure we are doing our bit - and this more in line with our values rather than any commercial decision. From waste to the products we supply and the suppliers that supply us, all have to be in line with our sustainability goals and values.
Where do you see the greatest wide-format opportunities?
I still think that soft-signage is a good area of growth - it certainly is for us. We have seen the demand for fabrics grow and grow.
Helping the team we have here at Psycho Peacock improve and keeping them motivated to carry that on, even though a lot have 30 yrs plus in the industry.
What lesson does the wide-format sector need to learn? To have realistic deadlines. Even though technology has moved on we are still limited by physics.

Over half of companies reported that they have customers demanding carbon emissions data and sustainability credentials from them. Almost all (95%) of these say that such demands are intensifying.
of respondents reported that they are measuring their carbon emissions. However, that leaves 29% not yet measuring their emissions, and a further 1% of respondents weren’t sure if their company was measuring emissions or not.
Over four-fifths of respondents are working to reduce their carbon footprint

Almost three-quarter (73%) of respondents have noticed an increase in demand for sustainable products in the last 12 months.
Over three-fifths of companies reported that they have accreditations and certifications related to sustainability – the most common of these being ISO 14001, followed by FSC, EcoVadis and the World Land Trust.
