Water treatment specialist Fernox has announced the promotion of Mike Skivington to sales director for the UK and Ireland. With over 14 years of experience in the heating and plumbing sector, Mike will lead sales operations and strategic initiatives. He was previously the company’s southern regional sales director.


Sanifl o has welcomed Wendy Shore to the sales team. After 18 years in key accounts and regional sales roles at Baxi, Wendy joined Sanifl o as national sales manager in July 2024 and is responsible for driving growth of Sanifl o products through a team of area sales managers. She also worked at British Gas for 12 years.


Kevin Goodison has been appointed regional technical sales manager (Midlands) at Conex Bänninger. Previously with Fränkische UK, Kevin brings 25 years of HVAC experience and will focus on strengthening relationships with existing installers and merchants while seeking new customer opportunities.


ATAG Heating has appointed Ian Golden as the new national sales director. Ian previously served as key accounts director, and in his new role he will oversee the national sales strategy, focusing on growth and expanding the company’s presence in the UK while leading the sales team to support ATAG’s partners.


Heating control manufacturer Heatmiser has appointed Neil Budd as its new business development manager. With experience from Wavin and Purmo Group, Budd will help drive market expansion following Heatmiser’s integration into IMI’s Climate Control division.


British ground source heat pump supplier Kensa has appointed Paul Donovan (pictured) as chair of the board, succeeding Lord Matthew Taylor, who is retiring after ten years. Donovan brings extensive experience in scaling businesses, having held leadership roles in the mobile communications sector and private equity- backed companies.

With his extensive experience in the Scottish social housing sector, Denis will help Ambion tap into the region’s potential for low-carbon heating solutions, particularly in smaller and multi-occupancy buildings.
