Phil Philippou has been appointed national sales manager at HVAC distributor and engineering business LH-plc. Phil will lead the company’s sales team to target and grow its chiller maintenance portfolio and installation projects. He will also support sister company Klima-Therm in its service provision.
Designer radiator manufacturer IRSAP UK has appointed Graham England to its newly created role of electrical sales manager. Bringing over 20 years of sales expertise to the position, Graham will play a key part in supporting the company’s growth as it continues to strengthen its portfolio via its subsidiary brand, The Radiator Company.
The new technical director at BESA is Kevin Morrissey, who brings over 35 years of industry experience, including his role as chair of BESA’s technical committee since 2023. He previously held leadership positions at HE Simm, Wates, Lorne Stewart, NG Bailey, and Axima/Sulzer Infra.
The Unifi ed Water Label Association, (UWLA) has welcomed Lee Cartwright as the organisation’s new MD, following the retirement of previous MD Yvonne Orgill. Lee says he is looking forward to building on Yvonne’s legacy, commenting: “I am passionate about driving forward continued growth and future success for the organisation.”
Steven Peet has joined Spirotech as national specifi cation manager. An experienced building services engineer with over 40 years in the industry, Steven will lead the specifi cation of HVAC products, including hydronic dirt, air, degassing, pressurisation and expansion, chemical and non-chemical water treatment solutions.
Bringing over 20 years of experience in the plumbing and heating sector, Nigel Raper has joined ESBE as technical manager. A mechanical engineering graduate, Nigel has signifi cant expertise in product development and technical sales, having begun his career in 1996 at Yorkshire Fittings and continuing through various roles as the company evolved into Pegler Yorkshire and then Alberts IPS.

The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) has appointed Billy Quinn as executive advisor. Billy brings extensive industry experience, having held key positions at Home Retail Group and B&Q. His role will enhance BiKBBI’s strategic advisory board.
Three new team members have joined Fujitsu General Air Conditioning: Hayley Kent (pictured) as area sales manager, Rob Broughton as applied specialist, and Jay Soni as pre-sales specifi cation engineer. Each brings signifi cant industry experience from previous roles to contribute to the company’s growth.
