hat trends in device demand are you seeing from UK channel partners? In 2020, the demand was reactive;

partners just needed units to keep people online. Today, the conversation with our UK channel partners has changed. Tey aren’t asking ‘What do you have in stock?’; they’re asking, ‘How will this device perform in year four?’ We are seeing a massive shiſt toward lifecycle

reliability. Partners want devices that are easy to repair, secure to manage remotely, and, crucially for the UK market, compliant with tightening ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting standards.

How is Acer developing its hardware to meet the realities of hybrid working? We recognise that hybrid work isn’t just about where you work; it’s about seamless transitions. multi-day mobility, and enterprise-grade security. For the modern UK business, we aren’t just

selling a laptop, we are providing a ‘mobile HQ’ that ensures a video call on a train is as clear and secure as one in a boardroom.

How is Acer balancing performance, battery life, and sustainability in its next generation of business devices? Te secret to balancing these three factors in 2026 is our shiſt to NPU-centric architecture. By using the latest processors, we offload heavy AI tasks, like background noise cancellation or live video blurring, to a dedicated Neural Processing Unit. Tis means the main CPU can stay cool and conserve energy. We’re seeing performance that metaphorically ‘nukes’ older systems while simultaneously achieving battery life exceeding 20 hours in real-world office scenarios. IT leaders aren’t just looking for ‘green’ laptops;

they need hardware that helps them fulfil their Scope 3 emissions reporting. Our strategy has
