Lenovo Lenovo has appointed Andy Rhodes as its new General Manager for the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I), strengthening the company’s regional leadership as it continues to expand across key technology markets. Rhodes joins Lenovo from HP, where


he held several senior leadership roles, including Division President & General


Manager of HP’s Video Conferencing & Accessories Division and global leadership of the company’s Commercial PC business. His career also includes more than a decade at Dell in executive positions spanning data centre, workstation, and Industrial IoT operations. “I’m genuinely excited to be joining Lenovo at a time of such


rapid growth and opportunity, particularly as Hybrid AI reshapes our industry and how we serve customers,” Rhodes said. “Lenovo has a clear strategy, strong momentum and incredible people; a combination that matters.” Rhodes succeeds Adrian Criddle, who has led the UK&I

Panasonic Panasonic Toughbook has appointed Alex Gaffney as its EU Technology Alliances Manager, a role focused on strengthening relationships with technology vendors across Europe and supporting the company’s wider mobility ecosystem. Based in Bracknell, Gaffney will


oversee Toughbook’s European vendor partnership strategy, working with


suppliers whose technologies integrate with Panasonic’s rugged devices and services. His remit includes coordinating engagement across the region and supporting partners involved in multi-vendor mobility deployments. Gaffney joins with experience from Westcoast and Zebra


Technologies, where he worked closely with UK VARs and global vendors on alliance development, customer growth initiatives, and partner enablement programmes. He will report to Chris Turner, Head of Go-to-Market (Europe) at

Tese facilities provide engineering and technical resources for projects involving rugged hardware, soſtware, and managed services, including deployments that incorporate emerging technologies such as AI.


QBS Software QBS Soſtware has appointed Stephanie Kayser as Vice President, Western Europe. In her new role, Kayser will oversee operations across QBS France, QBS Italia, QBS Iberia and QBS Benelux, with a remit to accelerate regional growth and strengthen engagement with vendors and resellers.


Kayser will report to Tom Corrigan, Chief Revenue Officer of QBS Technology Group, and will focus on driving consistent execution and performance across Western Europe. Te appointment comes as QBS pursues ambitious expansion targets, including surpassing $1 billion in soſtware revenues and growing its workforce beyond 500 employees. Te company plans to increase headcount by 18% in 2026 across commercial, operational and technical functions to support this next phase of development.
