Agilitas Agilitas IT Solutions has appointed Michelle Would as chief operating officer. Tis announcement follows a series of significant executive appointments at Agilitas.
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Would
joined Agilitas as director of customer experience in June last year. In this role, she has led Agilitas’ customer experience strategy and launched the company’s Voice of the Customer programme, which helps shape Agilitas’ strategy from a product, service, and industry perspective. She has also been instrumental in delivering customer excellence and championing a passionate company culture that drives value and growth. Before joining Agilitas, Would designed and led the European
Service Centre at SCC, bringing a wealth of experience in driving innovation through services and operational excellence. In her role as chief operating officer, Would will continue to be
the driving force behind Agilitas’ customer experience strategy whilst ensuring that customers remain at the forefront of everything the company does. She will also work closely with the executive team to support the wider business, enhancing resilience and strengthening the company’s position as a leading partner in the technology channel.
TD Synnex TD Synnex has announced the appointment of Andy Brown as senior business unit director of data and applications in the UK and Ireland. In addition to
overseeing this fast-developing area of the Advanced Solutions portfolio, Brown will take responsibility for TD Synnex’s Destination AI strategy. In his new role, Brown will oversee TD Synnex’s data and analytics,
line-of-business applications, and AI-driven solutions business and manage relationships with key vendors. For the past eight years, Brown has been technical services director,
Advanced Solutions, UK, at TD Synnex and brings more than two decades of experience to this new position.
Westcon-Comstor Westcon-Comstor has unveiled a unified leadership structure for its European business, and Rene Klein has been promoted to executive vice president for the region.
Klein was previously head of Westcon Europe. He delivered significant growth fuelled by innovations, including the launch of Westcon’s specialist Next-Generation Solutions (NGS) go-to-market proposition for cybersecurity-focused partners and high-growth and emerging security vendors. His expanded remit will see Klein assume European leadership of the distributor’s Cisco-focused Comstor arm while maintaining leadership of Westcon Europe. In taking on leadership of Westcon-Comstor’s entire European
business, incorporating both Westcon and Comstor sales and go- to-market functions, Klein will leverage each arm’s specialised focus to drive growth for partners and vendors. He will also oversee the distributor’s revenue operations, services, and global customer functions in Europe.

Canon Canon EMEA has announced that Shinichi ‘Sam’ Yoshida is president & CEO for Canon Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), succeeding Yuichi Ishizuka,
who is retiring aſter seven years in the role and a successful 44-year career with Canon. Sam Yoshida was previously based in the USA. He was executive
vice president and general manager of the marketing strategy unit, chairman and CEO of Canon Solutions America, and Canon Financial Services. He takes over a regional sales organisation that operates in 120
countries, employs approximately 12,300 people, and contributes about a quarter of Canon’s global revenues annually.
AMD AMD has appointed James Blackman as EMEA head of VAR & SI commercial sales at AMD. Blackman brings 30 years of experience to the role, transitioning from his
previous position within AMD leading HP sales across EMEA. With a strong background in sales, Blackman will focus on
building a robust commercial channel community for AMD across the EMEA region. His expertise will support partners leveraging AMD’s technological advantages across various value-added resellers and system integrators, including high-performance compute, leading sustainability innovations, and AI capabilities.
Auxilion Patrick Jordan has stepped into the chief executive officer (CEO) role for Dublin-based MSP Auxilion. In his new role, Jordan will be responsible for the
overall direction and leadership of the business. He will focus on driving Auxilion’s next business strategy stage, including profitability and growth in Ireland and the UK. Jordan has held various leadership roles throughout his career,
spanning enterprise technology and business management. He joined Auxilion in 2024, taking up the chief operations officer (COO) role following a decade-long stint in Logicalis. Tere, he led a global business unit across 25 countries and helped to restructure and grow the business in the UK and Ireland. Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in business studies and marketing
and a diploma in Artificial Intelligence in Business from Dublin City University. He also has a qualification in Psychology from Dublin Business School.
Epson Epson has appointed Junkichi Yoshida as the new global president and chief executive officer. Effective April 1, 2025, Yoshida will succeed Yasunori Ogawa, who will transition to chairman of the board.
