TD Synnex TD Synnex UK and Ireland has appointed Chris Bates as print, supplies and services director – Endpoint Solutions. In addition to leading the print and supplies team, Bates will now oversee the growth and development of endpoint-related services, including
configuration and installation, IT lifecycle services, and financial services options available through TD Synnex Capital. James Reed, vice president – Endpoint Solutions, UK and Ireland, said
that Bates’ experience and strong partner relationships make him well placed to advance the company’s services business. Bates, who has been with TD Synnex for 21 years, expressed
enthusiasm for the expanded role, highlighting the company’s partner- first approach and ability to deliver personalised support and efficiency. He has served as director – print and supplies for the past six years, following earlier roles including business manager for Dell client solutions in the UK and Ireland.
Midwich AV distributor Midwich has appointed Tyrone Zagnoiev as Experience Centre Manager at Innovation House, its flagship technology showcase facility in Bracknell. In his new role, Zagnoiev will oversee the day-to-day
operations of Innovation House, driving customer engagement through hands-on demonstrations, curated events, and strategic marketing initiatives. He will also work closely with UK&I group partners to highlight emerging technologies and strengthen the Midwich brand. Zagnoiev joins from Jabra, bringing extensive experience in customer
experience management and AV solutions. His appointment coincides with a significant refresh of Innovation House. Greg Bennett, General Manager at Midwich, added: “Tyrone’s
appointment marks an exciting step forward for Innovation House. His focus on creating meaningful customer experiences will be instrumental in strengthening our relationships and building brand loyalty.”
Netgear Netgear, a global provider of intelligent networking solutions, has appointed Luca Marinelli as Head of Europe. Marinelli will oversee enterprise customer development, channel partnerships, and team growth across the region.
Marinelli brings over two decades of leadership experience in the
technology sector, with senior roles at Citrix, Microsoſt, Cisco, Exclusive Networks, Check Point, and Alludo. His tenure includes nine years at Cisco, culminating in his role as Managing Director of Channels for EMEA, and seven years at Microsoſt Italy, where he served as Senior Director for Enterprise Major and Global Accounts. He later became CEO and General Manager of Exclusive Networks Italia, and held regional leadership roles at Citrix and Alludo. With a strong partner base already in place, Netgear is now refining
its channel-led approach to meet evolving business needs. Marinelli’s leadership is expected to accelerate execution of the enterprise strategy outlined earlier this year.

Canon Canon EMEA has appointed Peter Saak as Chief of its Integrated Printing & Services Group (IPSG), the business unit formerly known as Digital Printing & Solutions. Saak brings more than two decades of
leadership experience within Canon’s regional organisations. His previous roles include B2B Country Director for Canon Eurasia, Managing Director for Canon Central & Eastern Europe and Canon Austria, and most recently Executive Vice President of the Developing Regions Business Group. In that position, he oversaw growth initiatives and strengthened Canon’s leading market share across B2B print segments in Southeast Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on customer acquisition and partner channel development. In his new role, Saak will lead efforts to integrate Canon’s
print portfolio with value-added services, aiming to deliver connected, efficient print and document management ecosystems for customers and partners. He will also steer innovation and channel expansion as Canon targets new markets and emerging opportunities. Te appointment follows the transition of Hiro Imamura,
former Executive Vice President of Digital Printing & Solutions, who has returned to Canon Inc. headquarters to take up a new role within the Printing Group. Imamura’s five-year tenure saw notable gains in workspace printing technology, solutions adoption and production print growth across EMEA.
Synaxon UK Synaxon UK has expanded its team with the appointment of Markella Corbetta as Category Manager, a newly created role aimed at accelerating partner business development and supporting strategic bids.
Corbetta brings more than seven years of experience from
Ingram Micro, where she held roles in product management and served as Business Development Manager for Dell. At Synaxon UK, she will act as a central contact for reseller and vendor partners, helping to identify and secure significant new opportunities. “As Synaxon UK grows and develops, we need to ensure
that we can support our partners in their efforts to drive sales,” said Mike Barron, UK Managing Director. “We’re delighted to be bringing someone with Markella’s qualities and experience on board.
